The Doppler Effect

The Doppler Effect is more than just the distortion of your sense of sound. It is a creative think-tank born out of passion, that explores theatrical deception, philosophy, art and science. It is an ongoing discussion and study of human perception and magical performance art. It is the cumulative effort of four magical creators to create and alter the perception of reality via illusion, psychology, memory and the senses.
Our goal is for each member to expand his individual creative process beyond his individual means.
The four members—each with a different view of the world—work as single unit to bring life to a collective artistic vision that is unique, powerful, and daring. Although we will never claim that the sum is greater than the parts, the truth is that the unified vision of four diverse artists could never be achieved by any of the members alone.
By opening new worlds for ourselves, we can open new worlds for you.
